1. Use of Services

Bitstackhub provides a variety of web tools, developer utilities, and embeddable UI widgets. All tools and services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You are responsible for how you use them, and you agree not to misuse, exploit, or disrupt the platform.

2. Free Developer Tools & Liability

Our free developer tools (including but not limited to Password Generators, JSON formatters, and Base64 encoders) process data entirely on your client-side browser. We do not guarantee the absolute security, randomness, or cryptographic strength of any generated output (e.g., passwords). You assume full responsibility and liability for the use of any data generated or processed by our free tools.

3. Embeddable Widgets & Uptime

Bitstackhub offers structural and engageable widgets designed to be embedded on third-party websites. While we strive for maximum reliability, we do not guarantee 100% uptime for these embedded scripts. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, traffic, or functionality on your website resulting from the temporary unavailability or failure of our embeddable widgets.

4. Acceptable Use & User Content

When utilizing our embeddable widgets, you agree that you will not use them to host, display, or transmit illegal, abusive, defamatory, or malicious content (including malware or phishing attempts). We reserve the right to immediately terminate access and disable widgets for any account found violating this policy, without prior notice.

5. Data Controller vs. Processor

For widgets that collect data from your end-users (such as upcoming feedback forms or live comments), Bitstackhub acts strictly as a Data Processor. You (the website owner embedding the widget) act as the Data Controller. You are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary legal consent from your end-users (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) before collecting their data via our widgets.

6. User Accounts

Currently, no user accounts are required for our free tools. However, for managing embeddable widgets, account features are utilized. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. User data is handled with care in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and only then will you lose access to the paid features.

8. Intellectual Property

All original content, code, widget designs, and tools on Bitstackhub are owned by us or licensed appropriately. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or resell our core tools or widget infrastructure without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bitstackhub and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bitstackhub, its affiliates, and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, specifically including any claims brought by third parties regarding content you displayed via our embeddable widgets.

11. Updates to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. We will notify users of significant changes, but continued use of the platform implies agreement to the updated terms.
